Outer DiceDelete your Outer Dice account
You can delete your account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: in the game (fastest)
- Open Outer Dice and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete forever.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Option 2: by email (if you cannot open the game)
Email support@tbgs.us with the subject “Delete my Outer Dice account”.
- Send it from the email address on the account (for Google sign-in, the Google account email), and include your Outer Dice username.
- We may reply to confirm it is really you before deleting.
- We delete the account within 30 days of confirming your request, and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email, password hash or Google link).
- Your profile, win and loss record, and leaderboard entry.
- Your friend list and friend requests.
- Your purchase records and chosen theme.
- Your display name, which becomes available for someone else to use.
What happens to your games
- Games in progress end as a forfeit, so your opponent is not left waiting.
- Records of finished games may remain, showing only the display name used at the time. They are not linked to any account.
Please note
- Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Purchases you made (such as Remove Ads, game slots or themes) are lost with the account and are not refunded by us. Refunds, where available, are handled by the store you bought from (for example Google Play).
- Games saved offline on your device are not part of your account. They are removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data.
- Ads data collected by Google AdMob is managed by Google. You can manage or delete it in your Google account settings.
